The rocks may be red and plain, yet they jut into the sky with pride. Filling the heart with wonder, though they lack the gaudy glitter of city lights. When I look at this photo my heart is reminded that simple things have the power to move the soul in ways we little realize.
The world around is quickly changing in ways that most of us never imagine that it could. Truth, beautiful and holy, is now held in contempt as vice of every type is uplifted. Signs of the end are everywhere as we enter a time when it can truly be said that like the times of Lot and Noah mankind has grown tired of the restriction of God’s word, would rebel.

Do you know that Jesus blood can make the vilest sinner free? Do you truly know that His blood can cleanse the record of the worst of sinners? That He can transform us and set us free from the chains of sin? That when we are tempted we can cling to Him and He will help us to overcome?
For the promise in Isaiah 41:13 of
ForItheLordthyGodwillholdthyrighthand, saying unto thee, Fear not; Iwill help thee.

I really enjoyed this video and the connection it made to the way hummingbirds eat and our need to eat the word of God if we want to have a strong walk with God. And am I ever glad that I do not have to eat so many Oreo cookies to maintain life.
